Mockridge Heights Barricade Plan

In order to ensure that new characters have sufficient access to VSB safehouses, the Black Berets are sponsoring a barricade plan for Mockridge Heights. It is intended to be UBP compliant, with the following exception:

1) Shuttle is an established entrypoint, and Ewer Auto Repair is designated EHB to compensate.

Feedback from groups or individuals in the area is desired - please post on the talk page, and we will do our best to accommodate all constructive comments. The initial comment period will end Sept. 12, after which the revised version of this plan will be implemented as the working barricade plan (subsequent comments, however, will be welcome and will still be taken into consideration).
