The Darnell Library was founded in 2001 as a newer, more modern library for school field trips by Phillip Jacobs Darnell, a rather famous man in Malton. Unfortunately, what should be a center of knowledge and peace has been destroyed by Zack-Shit Crazy and their zed minions. Zack-Shit Crazy is known for training zombies to ransack buildings after the barricades are brought down, and is a PK group dedicated to destroying centers of knowledge. Sean Connolly of The Survivor's Republic often attempted to fight them off and protect the books that would be required to teach children when society came back, but was overrun and forced to retreat.
