What is Radio Free Craske
The Mad Craskers maintain an evening radio show on 26.07 MHz known as Radio Free Craske and broadcast helpful survivor information, building statuses, news, commentary, and some "light listening". Please set personal radios and transmitters inside SE Heytown to this frequency.
DJs
- Leonor -- FCC regulations be damned, Leonor likes to sip on an ultra-dry martini while her perky-yet-oh-so-sexy voice soothes the scared survivors of Heytown as they build the barricades and search for syringes.
- Doc'Oc-- A fill-in for Leonor, Doc'Oc made his name by broadcasting some of the funkiest sounds ever to grace Heytown. Since then he's touched on nearly every topic known to man, UD-related or otherwise. He's longwinded, friendly, and likes to touch you with healing!
- Justinbronze Doesn't really do music, but he does hold a radio show in which survivors with transmitters may tune in and ask questions and tell stories and experiences. Songs are there sometimes.
Song Requests
Just ask one of the Mad Craskers, we'll relay the request. Or failing that, hop to our forum.

Greetings, Craske triangle! This is your DJ, Doc'Oc.
I hear that la vita è bella around here lately.
Which is to say, life is beautiful. That's a great movie, by
the way. Watch it!
If you're looking for something to do, try to track down
Auguste Rodin and punch him in the eye.
Ask him if he's ticklish, then run somewhere else.
I saw a zombie riding by on a Vespa, on my way here.
I punched him in the eye and then beat him to death with his
Flying Contraption of Faggotry. Er, I mean... his Vespa.
He was wearing a pink tutu and someone tattooed his name,
RumRumTanneo, across his crusty nipples.
I stashed the body in the alley, where unexpectedly I ran
into none other than Tsalagi, his bong, and 23 ounces of
chronic. I waved at him, but had to politely decline the
offer to join in. I am, after all, a doctor.
At least he wasn't puffin cigarettes. Them's BAD NEWS.
Anyway, this Sunday, after the Thanksgiving lameness is done
with, I'm going to head over to visit the Dribbling Beavers
and throw back a pint... or thirty.
All Mad Craskers are welcome to come along, of course.
Now I've been studying the city maps, and I figured out two
things. First of all, I couldn't find a good place to chill
with them; for some reason their HQ isn't located near any
good places to get booze. So we're gonna have to haul every
last can, keg, and colada we can lift over to them from the
good ol' Godson Arms. Second, this explains why they're not
as cool as we are. They're awesome, but they're not quite as
/*cool*, dig it? Perhaps a truckload of our infamous, highly
potent Craske bombs will infuse them with what they need.
I'll probably spend the next few days holed up in the Godson
Arms basement, digging beneath all the zombie bodies and
empty bottles to get at some of that Good Stuff that our
dearly departed forebearers have left us.
I'm not going to play any tunes on the youtube phonograph
tonight, I'm just going to give you a homework assignment.
If you've never listened to Miles Davis before, you need to
do so before you die. Trust me - there's a 50/50 chance you
will wind up in the wrong afterlife, and he'll be in the
other one, and you'll regret it.
If you've already heard Miles Davis, then track down a crazy
band named Godspeed You! Black Emperor. You'll be glad you
did. And yes, I spelled it correctly, exclamation point and
all.
If this is your first time tuning in to 26.07 WRFC,
-Radio Free Craske-, you can check out a small selection of
our old broadcasts at the following URL:

Doc'Oc here: I'm back, for a short while.
This is Radio Free Craske 26.07 MHz Heytown/Spracklingbank.
You'll note that most of the north, west, and central parts
of the city are overrun with zeds. Here in the Craske
Triangle, however, Goldney Place PD, Usher NT, and Cornelius
GH are all EHB and powered. That's right, we kicked all 40
zeds out of Goldney, the 4 zeds out of Corney, and still we
stand unfazed against no less than three cheating zergers,
who apparently are incapable of surviving this game by
playing normal, single characters like the rest of us. Those
zergers are the numbered dolphins, rumrumtannio (who was
generously gifted with a pink tutu by P Jack) and his alts
whose names are mad111, mad 113, etc, and someone who likes
foreign sounding names such as Gianfranco Fini. It's a shame
that we have to deal with them, and it's a shame they're too
antisocial to join a group while nevertheless being too
impatient or greedy to play solo, lone ranger types.
In all likelihood, the LUE will hit this place eventually as
other places fall, unable to defend themselves. The LUE uses
a rather cheap (but not quite -cheating-) tactic wherein
they all attack a single building at a predetermined time,
rendering barricades essentially useless as the flood of
attacks makes it impossible to keep the cades up unless the
survivors inside somehow randomly are all logged in at that
time, helping. And yet, all is not hopeless. We Craskers have
survived many a brutal assault, and we fully intend to do so
once again. As they flee other suburbs, our numbers swell
with the ranks of more survivors, increasing the odds that
we will have the manpower necessary to staff the cades. Our
revive, heal, and killing experts here are peerless. We have
strong allies here in Heytown who consistently provide the
help that we need, with near-perfect timing. And our secret
weapon, beer, continues to pour forth from the Godson Arms:
BEER.
Few zombies are aware how sluglike they are. In fact, that's
why zergers tend to be zeds - slugs reproduce asexually, and
need not partake of the luscious dangly bits prevalent in
sexually dimorphic humanoids to reproduce. It's just a quick
solitary act, and suddenly dolphin becomes dolphin1 and 2!
AP out. You know the drill. Keep cades up. Don't run like a
ninny. Stand, meatshield, and fight. -Doc'Oc, Mad Craskers-

Greetings, Craske triangle! This is your guest DJ, Doc'Oc.
This one's for the night ravers. Lazy, by Freezepop! [1]
Jordan, by Buckethead! [2]
Satriani - Surfing With the Alien! [3]
Also, if you see Iranaeus alive anywhere near the triangle:
kill him. He's a serial genny-stabber. I had something of
import to discuss, but I can't recall it. So goodnight,
keep the cades up, and enjoy this amazing dance set to
Cabaret Hoover, from the Triplets of Belleville soundtrack. [4]

Greetings, Craske triangle! This is your guest DJ, Doc'Oc.
Because of DST, I think I'm an hour late. Regardless, here's
the latest news. Revives continue to be dispensed at Mester
Square. You'll be served much sooner there than at the near
cemetery. Please do NOT kill folks as they wait for revives.
There are plenty of dolphins and rumrums and other zeds in
the Triangle just WAITING to be fed delicious lead. Also,
graffiti at the Mall says that I'm a pimp. News to me! At
least it's good news. Night Ravers continue to distribute
pills and alcohol at the Craske Museum. If you're tuning in
from a handheld, we may move to 27.54. Leonor will be back
soon; many buildings still need radios for this to be good
central intel for the whole triangle. And now, some music!

“Now that we know about the afterlife, what influence has"
