The Wulves are a paramilitary group conducting guerilla operations in a variety of locations throughout Malton, but currently centered on the Wyke Hills region. Wulves/Second Company is listed as "Utility Personnel" and as such the group functions with a loose cooperative command structure. Task Force Leaders will pick the goals of operations, not dictate how to achieve them.
Intelligence or "Unseen Seeing" Operations: 
Scouting Tasks-Entering buildings checking "I.D.s, Cades and corpses"
Surviellence Tasks-Monitoring Zed movements within a target range
Communications Tasks-Talk, radio, cell phone, satellite phone and spraypaint.

Recovery Tasks-Cade and building restoration

Special or "Black Ops" Operations
Special Operatives from Wulves/Second Company will sometimes be called upon to conduct classified or "Black Ops". These missions are always volunteer only.
Psy-Ops-Involving tactics that mislead or discourage opponents without "contact"
Contract-Ops-Involving negotiations and information sharing with outside groups
Tactical Strikes- Hunter Killer teams for targeted strikes
