During the early days of the outbreak he was a member of the Dunell Hills Police Department. He was disappointed in their policies with people who "saw tommorrow as uncertain, so they live only for today, doing whatever they like. They drink all day, destroy barricades and generators, get purposely infected and die in a building full of other survivors, and spam the airwaves and the ears of others with their stupidity."
