"Submit and be Strong"
Blue Chapter operatives are closely knit and highly organized. They form groups with strong coordination from within and without the chapter. Team work is the bailiwick of the Blues.

Backstory
The Blue Chapter was the first chapter to be formed and fielded outside of NH on a regular basis. They are the core of Tiamat centralized operations outside of NH.
