St. Cynllo's Church

Description

The annual Feast of St. Cynllo coincided with Malton's Leek Festival which was sponsored by leading families of the congregation. It was enthusiastically celebrated by Malton's small, but vibrant Welsh community. The only remaining trace of the Leek Festival is the archery contest where survivors practice their skills with the longbow on zombies in the cemetery.
