The UDRG forum seems overrun (that's an understatement, mind you) with spambots right now, and I don't think any of the reports that have been submitted to it starting more than a year ago have been "accepted", so it's safe to say that nobody's "moderating" the RG to even accept reports, all the more so remove previously listed reports. Sadly, the only way to sort it out is explain it to the parties concerned. :RG hasn't been technically able to accept new reports in over a year, and it doesn't look like the maintainer will ever fix it. In order to get any report dealt with, the RG would first need to be fixed, then the report need to be processed, and then the processed report need to be disputed.
