Originally, I had intended for this to be an Anti-Rogues Gallery. Whereas the RG gives out bounties for each PK, the DN was suppose to feature something similar to the bounty system of GTAV Online (funny how a game after the DN would have something I can finally compare the DN to) where anyone could just place a bounty on whomever without a care for affiliation.
