Lizzie Donner had just enlisted in the army in order to pay her way through nursing school. Due to the sudden outbreak, she was designated a scout and sent into Malton. Her companions in this recon mission were a couple of "spook" types who were unfortunately torn to pieces almost immediately. Lizzie has done a lot better. Who says those vocational tests aren't effective?

(Will relate another anecdote as soon as time allows.)

She is not one of those Donners.
