Giggles is a dedicated Military character, and was created on 2008-08-06. He belongs to the fictional group Circus Of the B-list Reality stArs, which is a front for Cobra.
Survivor appearance
A drunken, chain smoking, foul-mouthed clown, carrying an axe. He's wearing a name tag from The Malton Insane Asylum, with Giggles replacing the original owner's name. I don't think he's looking for a birthday party.
Zombie appearance
Even for a shambling zombie, this clown looks drunk! Has a balloon with Please Revive written on it.
