Templates

I know it is confusing (and it tripped me up a few times) but people make templates of just text so that they can have a section of the page that isn't editable on that page or so that they can easily repeat text or formatting. I think a few of the admin sites have locked templates at the top with the posting information and the bottom is a regular page. Thanks for trying to help though!
