I dont no but is this approbiate? Sounds really dumb and racistic.

Ambience: Tapton ist mostly populated by people of german origin. So the ambience of this suburb is often rather german. To the thrill living in a dark city overruned by zombies, add the claustrophobic atmosphere of Germany in the 30ths and 40ths of the 20th century or the sinister communist style in eastern Germany in the 50-80ths of the 20th century. Hear people more barking than speaking, watch marching columns in the streets and see evil guises wearing black coats raiding houses and dragging people away. And be prepared to be accused for something without even knowing the type of crime. You will never knew, what you should fear more: The zeds or the survivors. Paranoia will be essential for surviving in Tapton.

Pretty much says it. They destroyed Kinch Heights in under a week, so be careful...
