Description
St. John's Hospital and its entry point (Noyce Plaza) are controlled by the Benzuli Expansion, commanded by Ripper Snapper.
St. John's and and its adjoining buildings are considered a neutral zone. Player killers (PKers), bounty hunters (BHers), and players from any other walk of life are equally welcome, with the sole exception of zergers, under the rule that any killing on neutral ground killing is banned. The Benzuli Expansion's attitude has been summed up by Ripper Snapper as "what you do outside my walls is of no concern to me."
