Excellent. As per your request, here is some information for you in building basic templates. As you're still new to this, we'll just use a flagbox. Here is a sample template I've created for you:

Not a problem. Here it is in its most basic state:

{{flagbox|color|imagelocation|headertext|bodytext}}

Replace color with the color you desire, either the word or the web color will do. Image location refers to the any image you wish to use that has been uploaded to the wiki. Header text, the text at the top, while body text is the text in the main portion. Well... that's about it for this simple template. Yo. In terms of your question to SA, the template is actually protected.
