Description
Outside: "You are standing outside the Francois Arms, a large grey-stone building with an arched entrance."
Inside: "You are inside the Francois Arms, an abandoned pub."
The building is currently at VSB and is also the current headquarters for Greentown's own "The Dogg Squad" -- Chance Norton, October 31st 2012
History
It was a popular watering hole for local survivors, especially those getting off a train. Post outbreak, surprisingly the beer still flows in this small building, and it is still a popular resting spot for survivors on long trips.
In October 2012, a small survivor group made up of former Greentown residents decided to use the Francois Arms as their main base of operation. They called themselves "The Dogg Squad" which lead to the Francois Arms receiving the nickname "The Dogg House" One of their main duties is reviving Zeds with Brain Rot at The Chaffin Building (1 North, 5 East). They keep the generators topped up at both locations, in order to bring back the most difficult Zeds, and to keep their micro brew beer at a nice cool temperature.
Current plans consist of setting up radio transmitters in order for both locations to stay in communication with each other.
Barricading Policy
Because Hotels/Arms/Motels in Greentown are considered entry points, it should be barricaded to Very Strongly Barricaded +2 (which means, barricade it up unto the point where it says "further barricading will prevent people from entering" and stop so that people without free running can still enter). Survivors who fear for their safety and have Free Running can move next door to an EHB building. Members of "The Dogg Squad" adhere to this policy, and will bring the barricades down to this VSB+2 when they do reach EHB.
