Zombies frequently check inside. Portable Generators have a use other than powering the lights and increasing search probability in hospitals. Players with the Surgery Skill can heal for 15 HP if the Hospital has a fueled up Generator. Hospitals are listed as Tactical Resource Points. Hospitals can be barricaded normally. Among the internal descriptions found in Hospitals: "...its wards and corridors blackened with the soot of a recent fire" "...its empty wards criss-crossed with snapped quarantine tape." "...one of the city's psychiatric hospitals." "...dark corridors leading through abandoned wards." "...its emergency room in disarray." "...its lobby covered with quarantine posters." "...a children's hospital with bright murals across the walls. " "The main lobby is riddled with bullet holes." "It was one of the last to be evacuated, and seems to have been cleared out in a hurry." "...a derelict hospital that was closed down years ago."

Current Status

Some zombie activity nearby. Handful of zombies can be seen through front windows. Recently there has been situation. Zombies destroyed barricades twice and entered the building. Through effort of a dozen of survivors inside it is now safe again. But there is elevated zombie activity in the area for sure. Due to recent zombie break-in it is advice not to camp here. But good people with guns are welcome to defend this safehouse. Currently Jan Sadilek is serving as a free medical support here so feel free to visit and ask for medical help.

It is VSB, generator is up and running. About dozen people inside, by the time being 3 zombies outside and other lone zombies nearby. Step lightly, this neighborhood is filling with zombies. --Jan Sadilek 18:36, 17 January 2010 (UTC)

The main lobby is riddled with bullet holes. The building has been very strongly barricaded. A portable generator has been set up here. It is running. It is safe, there is about 8 people here at all times. Low zombie activity around. Good place to rest. --Jan Sadilek 11:14, 16 January 2010 (UTC)
