The DSS Section 2 is a fugitive-recovery outfit. We track and capture felons. Since Malton doesn't have a jail to put them in, we kill them instead.

Though we do share personnel and infrastructure, we operate independently from DSS Red Zone Support. Our operations get quite messy at times, and not always can be seen as exactly "pro-survivor".
