We are...
The Dartside Whiners. Fed up of moaning a zombie got your shoe? Missing the door to your local Police Dept? Take it to them and fight back!
Location
Northeast Dartside (primarily).
Objectives
To secure the area of Dartside and establish a defense that will be maintained, rather then moving the whole force to another surburb. However, once we have enough numbers, a section of the group will attempt to get a hold on Mockridge Heights, and then take it over.
Allegiances
We've recently formed an alliance with the Regulators Alliance; we will swell their ranks and have their backs if needed, and hopefully vice versa. We'll be looking to form other alliances with groups in the surrounding surburbs so let me know if you want to ally up.
Enemies
PK'ers list
- shocker123
- Dodo
Groups
- The GA: Don't appreciate their no Irish rule, so to mix things up, if they enter Dartside, I declare we will kick their arses.
Stances
Possible spies should be accessed before action is taken. Any PKers will be shot and killed on sight. The Uniform Barricading Policy should be supported. Cemeteries to be treated as revive points and tagged so, if not already.
Revive points in Dartside
Sacred Ground Policy Supporter | |
This user or group supports the Sacred Ground Policy and acknowledges that all Cemeteries in the city of Malton are considered Revivification Points. |
Thanks to the Regulators, there are working revive points located at;
1. Abarrow Monument on the north side of town [37,81]
2. Cemetary by St Galls Church S/W of town [32,87]
As for us Whiners, I propose a 2-block area to be tagged for revive points. They are both adjacent to Bagnall Building, they are:
Horsford Road [35, 82]
Mapledoram Avenue [37, 82]
At the minute...
We're looking espcially for survivors that are happy to guard buildings and medics and scientists, to join up. However, all are welcome, just drop me a line at my mail address.
Tagging
Unless it's a tag showing it's a HQ, revive site or a warning of PKer's using their names, tagging is fine anywhere. Add this tag to your groups section for ease.
wiki.urbandead.com/index.php/Dartside_Whiners
Make sure it's that above tag, or it won't fit on the wall/headstone.
Members
Make sure all members are added to contacts list.

- My mistake about the old BST. How comes you guys in America use it? The situation has definitely calmed down, so I think we're alright for now, but make sure you do your daily rounds checking the perimeter around the warehouse. If we can manage a few more members, then we'd be able to sort out multiple bases; until then, we'll just have to see if we can manage doing it with just us. I've offered a truce to the Evil Army, think it's sorted now. Ha sorry to disappoint DooVoo, afraid you might be correct, but it's going to be better in the long run if we make allies of these groups. Until we find some bastards that want to take us on, I'm sure that'll be even better with 2 groups on our side. --Dann 09:29, 4 April 2006 (BST)
- My friends, EyeZak and Dr. Myeyes will be helping with the revive effort. Everybody either go to Mapledoram Ave. Or stay outside the home base and they'll recognize you and get to you soon. --AS
- Once you are revived, stay in Dartside. Stay on the look out for Jar Jar Binks, his group is behind this. Buildings should still be kept at VS+2. Also, add the Regulators Alliance members to your contact list so you don't take any out. Try to get them revived if you can, they're in worse shape than us. --Dann
- OK, I'm still hiding in Beete Bank. A couple of nice people healed me from 1 HP back to 50 HP. I don't have free running, so I can't get inside the warehouse. What should I do? Oh, and we don't use BST in the US, we're in Daylight Savings Time now, so it's 7:55 am right now. Also, I got UDToolbar. --V2Blast 20:59, 3 April 2006 (BST)
- I'm back at base, charging up my AP to grab some more weapons, syringes and first-aid kits etc. I might be really behind the times here, but if you are using Firefox then you should get this extension. If you're not using Firefox, why the hell not? :D --DooVoo 09:26, 4 April 2006 (BST)
- Reason I don't use this because doesn't seem like everyone is using it, whereas everyone surely checks their email. However, just for you, V2, I'll make more of a effort to use this more. As for MSN, providing everyone has it, is a quality idea. I'll send a email out to get everyone's handle, email it to me if you wish. Otherwise, you can add me, my handle is my email address. I'll also send a email out to make sure the group uses this more, it's a handy little thing now. --Dann 01:28, 1 April 2006 (GMT)
- Guys, could you come read the Regulators Alliance page. The Evil Army has asked for an alliance with our teams and a truce. I went to their forum and talked with them and have done so in good faith. They will move their zombies away from Dartside, and those wishing to work with us have moved to the monument to wait for a revive. They all wish to be in alliance with your team; it is your choice to take that step, but the more alliances, the better it is for Dartside.--Evl kitty 18:42, 1 April 2006 (BST)
