The salvo fired was akin to that of a machine gun, if you've heard one. It was inhumanly rapid. Each of the dead bodies, save for that of Melrose, was armed with either a pistol or a shotgun. One of the bodies also seem to have been dragged from the western corridor, judging from a trail of blood that leads to that side.
