Moonshine

Carefully distilled in the backroom of the bar, our moonshine is made of a mash of the finest potatoes
and asparagus our victory garden has to offer. A guarenteed aphrodisiac after one shot!
(The still is not currently available for public use.
Please alert management of any unusual sounds coming from the backroom.)

Rum

Featuring Meyer's Dark Rum, Sailor Jerry's Spiced Navy Rum and Bacardi Silver.

Schnapps

In apple, orange, peach, peppermint, and pineapple varieties.

Vodka

Including Absolut.

Whiskey & Scotch

Featuring Black Velvet, Johnny Walker and Jameson.

All Juice Beverages: $0.12

American Lemonade

Just lemons, sugar, water, and ice.
Great for any hot day.

Cocktails & Margaritas

Cocktails are available using a mixture of ingredients
listed above of the consumers choice.
No additional cost other than the ingredients, however
we encourage you to tip the bartender.


There is also a separate jar on the counter for freewill contributions to CS.

Specialty Drinks

Offered by the glass,
Also be sure to ask the bartender about the drink of the day,
week, and month. Be sure to mention them by name.

Peerless Creations- Available every day

Buffalo Milk-- $3.00

1 ounce vodka,1 ounce coffee liqueur, 1 ounce creme de bananes,
1 1/2 ounce dark creme de cacao, 2 ounces milk.
Buffalo not included.

Vesper (Martini)-- $4.50

Straight out of Ian Flemming's Casino Royale.
'Three measures of Gordon's (gin); one of vodka; half a measure of Kina Lillet.
Shake it over ice, and add a thin slice of lemon peel.' 7 ounces.
Unlike the novel, the drink isn't poisoned.

Bullet (to the Head)-- $3.50

If the Zed don't kill ya, this will.
1 ounce vodka, 1 ounce rum, 1 ounce Tequila, 1 ounce gin,
1 1/2 ounce sweet and sour mix, 3 ounces Coca-cola, blended with ice.

(How NOT to Kill A) Zombie-- $4.50

2 ounces each of three styles of rum mixed with seasonally available fruit juices.
With a layer of high-proof rum floating on top,
ask the bartender for a demonstration on how not to bring down the undead.

Rotter('s Death)-- $4.00

4 ounces dark soda, 1 ounce each of strawberry, mango, apple, and guava juice,
and two ounces vodka. This fruity mix is refreshing, sweet, and satisfying.
Just like any rotter's death at your hands should be.

Grapes of Wrath-- $3.00

Consumer's choice of 5 ounces of either white or concord grape juice,
with two ounces vodka and one ounce rum.
Good before a shotgun spree.
If wine is preferred, please notify the bartender and add 30 cents.

Give Me a Dime-- $0.10

A depression-era classic, this affordable drink is a blend of butterscotch schnapps,
creme de cacao and cream from the bartender's own cache.
Shaken with ice and strained into a martini glass,
this frothy beverage is the refresher you'll come back at the end of every night.
Limited time offer.

Drink of the Day

Sunday: Pucker-Up-- $2.10

6 ounces of lemon juice, 2 ounces lemon liqueur, ice, and 2 ounces rum. Blended into a nice slush.
Salt/Sugar-Rimmed glass, and/or lime-wedge available at request.
Just try and keep a straight-face.

Monday: Roy Rodgers/Shirley Temple-- $2.00

12 ounce mocktail using 9 ounce dark or light soda mixed with
3 ounces of grenadine syrup with a Maraschino Cherry on top.
Just like when you were a kid.

Tuesday: Boilermaker-- $3.50

2 oz shot glass of consumer's choice of tequila, whiskey or vodka
dropped into an 10 ounce beer of the consumer's choice.
We dare you to drink it in one go.

Wednesday: Appletini-- $2.25

Vodka, apple liqueur, and apple juice in a large, 6 ounce Martini glass.
Served with an Gala, Fuji, or Granny Smith apple slice wedged on a the lip.
For those special occasions.

Thursday: Strawberry Lemonade-- $2.10

Just a clean and heavenly mix of strawberries and sweetened lemons.
10 fluid ounces and served on-the-rocks.
An absolute American classic.

Friday: Orange Whips-- $2.10

4 ounces orange juice, 1 ounce rum, 1 ounce vodka, and 2 ounces cream,
mixed to a frothy goodness.
Because they're so popular with the BB, we decided to make 'em, too!

Saturday:Molotov (Cocktail)-- $3.00

1/5 rootbeer, 1/5 gin 1/5 rum, 1/5 bourbon,
and 1/5 Tabasco Sauce for a total of 10 ounces.
Let the burning begin.

Drink of the Week

How are we gonna do this, Percival??
-It's going to take a lot of beverages. Maybe we can go through and rotate this on a weekly basis- I don't know enough drinks off hand to fill this space by Saturday.
--Maybe just come up with a couple of drinks, put them in a word or other document, and just rotate through the drink list maybe get a few more than a dozen.
I know that sounds like a lot, but think of it this way, you'll have a about 4 months before the list needs to be completely finished,
or a week before you need the second drink, so that way the pressure is (kinda) off.

Drink of the Month

Need help in this department.
Try to make them seasonal, the June drink is modeled after a Hawai'ian Summer,
I don't care if you match the drinks with English or American seasonal feel.

January: Cold Duck--$2.75

Customer's choice of sparkling wine blended with red concord grape juice.
A great way to keep that champagne buzz bubbling into the New Year!
To help bring back feeling to your frost-bitten fingers,
add 1 ounce of vodka to the mix for an additional $0.75.

February: Mountain Snow-- $1.90

One of the few Peerless Creations seasonal sundaes.
A ten ounce glass with 6 ounces rootbeer and
one scoop vanilla ice cream, topped with whipped cream and powdered sugar.
A cool drink to mimic colder weather.

March: St. Pat's Magic--$2.50

A classic mimosa served along with a shot of blue curacao and a sugar cube.
Drop the shot in the glass and watch the magic develop!
Join us for corn beef brunch on St. Patrick's Day and get the first one free.

April: Spring Rain-- $1.20

A rather strange drink, used to refresh the palate.
1 ounce vodka, 2 ounces rosewater, 2 ounces lilywater,
and 3 ounces distilled water. Helps detoxify your body.

May: Mayday Response--$2.50

2 ounces of Pimm's No. 1 Cup and 1/2 ounce melon liquer mixed with 7-Up and a twist of lime.
A great way to greet warming days, quench your thirst and celebrate May Day!
On May 1st, the first one is on the house.

June: Lava Flow-- $4.00

1 ounce rum, 1 ounce coconut milk, 2 ounce strawberry juice,
1 ounce banana juice, 2 ounces pineapple juice, 2 ounces cream.
Just like Hawai'i.

July: Independence Smoothie-- $2.30

10 ounce sundae glass, filled with 1 ounce cream, 2 ounces
of each strawberry and blueberry juice, with a single scoop
of seasonal vanilla ice cream. First one free on July 4^th.
Absolute display of Yankee Pride.

September: The Working Man--$2.50

1 ounce vodka, 1 ounce spiced rum and a dash of sweet and sour mix
blended in a tall glass with tea and plenty of ice.
A cool refresher after a long day, sold for half price on Labor Day.

October: Corpse Reviver--$3.00

1 ounce brandy, 1 ounce creme de menthe and 1 ounce Lillet
served on the rocks. Strong enough to bring you back from the dead.
Note: Does not work on the undead.

November: Cherry Gobbler--$3.50

2 ounces of Wild Turkey Bourbon, 1 ounce cherry brandy and 1/2 ounce of peach schnapps
mixed with cherry cola and garnished with your choice of cranberries or cherries.
Join us for Thanksgiving Dinner and the first one is free.

December: Christmas Cheer-- $3.50

3 ounces peppermint schapps, 3 ounces cream,
2 ounces spiced apple cider, and 1 ounce gin. For that warm holiday feeling.
First one's free on Christmas Eve and Day,
also served on New Year's Day.

Changed the buffalo milk to something more easily understood,
and added some drinks as well.
do wish for you to look at this nightly before it launches this Saturday night/Sunday morning.
And if you know any wines of the top of your head, add them to the list, please.

For the prices what I do is take the price of the component values,
i.e. the cost if you bought everything separate,
then I shoot for a price somewhere between 65-85% of that price.
By the way, I like the "Peerless Creations" idea.

Hey Percival, apparently we had an edit conflict for October.

October: Cauldron Brew-- $8.80

Take our "Drink of the Day" Boilermaker, mixed in with
lime and lemon juice and whatever stale candy we scrounge together.
Guaranteed to give your bowels a trick or treat.
If you finish one of these, you have our respect, and the drink's free.

P.S. The price is supposed to be a deterrent to drinking it,

Just read the Corpse Reviver, I actually laughed out loud (but 'NEVER' LOL),
at any rate you should change the note to a disclaimer, complete with an asterisk.

Luke- I noticed that as well. Sorry, been a bit busy lately. Definitely love the Brew- original, and very well themed for the month. Let's go with that, as the Corpse Reviver is a pretty standard drink as it is.

The navigation tool bar looks good. Definitely a great way to tie the whole organization together.
Any ideas for August? Maybe another Hawaii themed drink, as that's the month Hawaii became a state in the U.S.
