Backstory
Tiamat Chapter which took over for N1 engineering outside of NH.
Methods

Positions
Engineers - They focus on construction of barricades and repairs of buildings, and are responsible for providing power to Buildings of interest as may be required.
Partisans - The militant arm of the greens, they are tasked with scouting, and weakening the opposition. They are found in areas most dangerous for survivors and will make an advantage of whatever comes their way.
Dualists - Higher level Greens who perform as both engineers and partisans as circumstances may concur.
