Description

Twycrosse Place School

History

A one-room schoolhouse abandoned long before the Zombie outbreak devastated Malton, the Twycrosse Place School was built in 1920. By 1939, however, it had closed. Members of the Barrville Historical Society preserved the school until 1974, when it was again used as a school, this time for the poorest children in the suburb and Malton's slums.

The school suffered from a lack of proper materials despite a generous donation of pencils, notebooks, and other schooling supplies through the sympathetic citizens of Barrville. It's fortunes fell until 1998, when it finally closed for the last time and its property was possessed by Barrville Savings, now known commonly as the "Strange Bank".

The flimsy little structure has been used as a safe house by Survivors in recent days, with its tiny, insignificant size compared to the buildings around it often leaving it overlooked by the Zombie hordes.

Barricade Policy

This building should be maintained at Extremely Heavily Barricaded in accordance with the Barrville barricade plan.
