Founded by the Republic of Scarletwood soon after its indepedence, its goal is to produce Vodka that is stored in the Vodka Warehouse. Before the Outbreaks, Scarletwood was a business sector, which produced, amongst other things, vodka. The economy of Scareltwood is in tatters, but luckily, thanks to the efforts of the Scarletwood Army, this factory has restarted.
