With his helmet and mask removed, Dr. Able's back is facing you, to obscure his face from you. Amy drops the Project Mayhem files on the ground, and continues to eat without a word, tears still rolling from her cheeks. Dr. Able wipes her tears away from her face, wrapping Amy in his embrace.
