Rolls Cinema is located in between a Billboard, a Hospital, and an Auto Repair, however many of these services are not needed as it is just north of the NE block of Ackland Mall. Ackland Mall is also the Mobile Phone Mast for this suburb.

The building itself isn't as useful as nothing can be found, but when the building is powered, a science-fiction movie plays.

It is home to the pro-survivor group: Rolls Cinema Survivors.

According to the Barricade Plan the building is to be barricaded to EH.
