History

The Godfry Museum is a European Sculpture Museum. It is an imposing metal and glass building now surrounded by wrecks and wastelands to the north and the south. When the plague raced across the city the museum had an installation by a European artist. The artist, Aris Bleu, he is known for his sculpture that is an intriging mixture of classical, nouveau, and contempory. The inside of the museum is currently looted for the most part, with the exception of one area currently cleared for one lone sculpture. It is a bronzed angel fallen to the ground with a spear hewn threw it, as if the angel represents the good people of Malton and the spear is the plague thrown upon us.
