Dunell Hills Barricade Plan
Like most suburbs, Dunell Hills has a survivor-oriented barricade plan. However, it must be noted for the sake of neutrality, that other key stakeholders in this suburb have their own policies, which they have successfully enforced. All the applicable policies are listed below.
BPE-approved Building Codes
Following the DHPD's complete failure to maintain the below barricade plans, Barricade Policy Enforcement completed a survey and created an up-to-date and exceedingly easy to remember barricade policy to replace the somewhat over-complicated and generally obsolete DHPD barricade policies detailed below.
All buildings: Open
Building state: Ruined and Unpowered
DHPD-approved Barricade Plans
A survivor-based barricade plan exists for Dunell Hills. This strategy has been found through trial and error as the most effective setup for security in the area and is a good guideline for survivors to follow when in the suburb.
Standard Barricade Policy
The DHPD has developed a barricade policy following the Counterpoint Barricading Strategy rather than the more common strategy of Distributed Defense.
Note: The Dury Building (as the only NT in Dunell Hills) is ALWAYS to be kept at EHB. Scientists without free-running should work from alternate NT's until they acquire that skill.
Lock-down Barricade Policy
In times of EXTREME zombie activity Lock-Down may be called for, this order can only be issued by the DHPD Commissioner. This policy applies only to Dunell Hills itself.
All Buildings except Churches, museums, and libraries should go to at least Extremely Heavily Barricaded.. Churches should not be barricaded. Libraries and museums should be Very Strongly Barricaded.
Operations personnel without countermanding orders should concentrate on maintaining the barricades as a priority and liquidating Zombies secondarily. Any Personnel without Free Running are encouraged to evacuate for safety.
