The evacuation of the Stowell Towers. This should be done following any immediate medical attention needed to befall a member of HOPE. 2. Radio from HQ to HOPE2 and the rest of HOPE a Situation Report, and notification of withdrawal. Should HOPE2 be manned, and such radio transmission received, a broadcast of having received the message should be sent. 3. Egress to the Cui Towers in Spicer Hills. 4. Access into the Cui Towers should be found in either the Barens Road Fire Station of the Stockman Walk Police Department, both set Very Strongly Barricaded according to the Spicer Hills Barricade Policy. 5. Maintain Cui Towers' Extremely Heavily Barricaded status as per the Spicer Hills Barricade Policy.
