Suggestions

A couple of things: first, when replying to a vote, you have to put the hash first, then the colon (like this: #:). Second, do not reply to other users' votes on suggestions which you didn't make. If you want to reply to them, use the suggestion's talkpage. Third, arguing about whether Spam votes are valid is a waste of time.
