Scott Hatch, twin brother to Stephen Hatch, and the more athletic of the two. Joined the military at 18, served as a scout and ran simple reconaissance ops until the zombie apocalypse started. Now stays in Scarletwood, but in particular, Page Towers. The towers provide a good vantage point for Scott to scout out the surrounding areas in Scarletwood, and allow him to free run across the rooftops and get where he wants to go without encountering the horde. Thanks to Scott, Page Towers now has electricity.

Stephen, his brother, worked as a lab assistant for NecroTech until the zombie apocalypse. He now works out in the field, collecting tissue samples and forwarding them to the NecroNet. Stephen usually stays around Rhodenbank, but lacks a truly safe building. He has set up a generator in Tinkler Plaza School, and is currently a zombie :(
