Scott Hatch, twin brother to Stephen Hatch, and the more athletic of the two. Joined the military at 18, served as a scout and ran simple reconaissance ops until the zombie apocalypse started. Now stays in Scarletwood, but in particular, Page Towers. The towers provide a good vantage point for Scott to scout out the surrounding areas in Scarletwood, and allow him to free run across the rooftops and get where he wants to go without encountering the horde. Thanks to Scott, Page Towers, the Mickleroy Building, the Barratt Building, and the Bondfield Building have electricity. Scott also helped to build the Scarletwood Defence Force, and serves as its administrator.

Stephen, his brother, worked as a lab assistant for NecroTech until the zombie apocalypse. He works out in the field now, collecting tissue samples and forwarding them to the NecroNet. Stephen works in Rhodenbank, but lacks a truly safe building. He had set up a generator in Tinkler Plaza School, but the neighbourhood was soon overrun by the undead. Stephen is forced to live nomadicly, taking shelter in derelict buildings, and leaving frequently to collect samples from zombies.
