Lynch began bounty hunting in December 2007 and worked independently before being invited to join what would become The Saints in March. Winner of two bounty hunting challenges in 2008 and number 1 on the bounty hunter leaderboard since its creation in April 2008.

Promoted to Inspector September 2008.
Promoted to Chief Inspector and team leader of NE Mobile Team December 2008.
Promoted to Superintendent of NE Division June 2009.
Became Superintendent of North Division after MPD consolidaton in May 2010.
