Text rape is completely abhorrant and utterly unacceptable. It is tantamount to assault and may constitute a criminal offence in some jurisdictions, including the U.K. where the wiki is hosted. If a user vandalalises with text rape the sysop team will be able to permaban them regardless of previous edit history. No warning, no vanadal escalation, no strikes. That's it, you're out.
