Many screens are lined up next to each other, all powered, albeit displaying a blue screen with the phrase "vloss" in white text. Also here are Sgt. Arni (90HP), Dr. Able (37HP), Amy Hanley (32HP), Primrose Arni (42HP), Taiga Rosetti (52HP), Roselaine (35HP), an accomplice (50HP), and Darry (60HP).
The broadcast system is powered, but is currently off-air.
There is a massive horde of the unliving here. There is a pile of forty dead bodies here, and twenty bodies that have been knocked unconscious or temporarily immobilized. You recognize Commandante Rose (0HP).
