Basic Info:

  • Clubs are Dark buildings.
  • The usual internal description of a Club reads as follows:
"…in the near-darkness of the main dancefloor."
  • When powered by a portable generator, the internal description changes to the following:
"Coloured spotlights highlight an empty stage, and distorted music echoes over the speakers."
  • Clubs can be barricaded normally.

Description

The metal plating and masonry are evocative of a post-apocalyptic bunker.

Barricade Policy

As part of the Foulkes_Village_Barricade_Plan, the 'cades should be maintained at EHB.

History

Prior to the outbreak, this counterculture club hosted a number of bands from various genres, including punk, folk-rock, reggae, ska and even some more experimental sonorities; many bands, like The Toxic Independents or DadaLou, performed on its stage. It was primarily patronized by the young yppies that had moved into the 'South West Village' for it's low rents and post-industrial atmosphere. Those youth born in Foulkes occasionally played here as musicians, but most did not like the newcomers.

Current Status

An occasional base for the Anarchist Basterds.
