The Salisbury Motel

Description

The Salisbury Motel is a haven for weary travelers from all over Malton. Servicing zoo visitors from distant suburbs who either arrived the night before or missed the last bus, the motel offers a full assortment of snack and soda machines. Their cheap, highly processed and extremely unhealthy, yet strangely satisfying fare have stemmed many a craving before the outbreak. Unfortunately, it appears that zombies have neither loose change nor the hand eye coordination to deposit coins into the machines. This likely accounts for the fact that all of the machines have been smashed and looted.

History

In spite of the name, the motel is not known to serve Salisbury Steak and the staff frowns upon calls to room service requesting it. First, because the night manager would likely suffer an asthma attack climbing the stairs and secondly because, as he so gleefully reminds his guests, this is not a full-service hotel.

Barricade Policy

Motel staff would like to ask that in the event that they're for some reason not available to do so themselves, that survivors please keep barricades at VSB++. This is to enable the hotel to serve as a free-running lane entry point into adjoining Roachtown.
