My sandbox, please don't edit, take comments to my talk page or the respective pages concerning the items worked on (in this case the YODP template talk page). Example builds for the new Yagoton barricade policy follow.
After some fooling around, eliminating some really bad ideas (my apologies), this is my first proposal. I've listed the first issues that popped up below. There were some last minute edits, thus eliminating a controversial point or two.

- It would obviously be impossible and unwise to maintain a brain rot revive clinic during suburb-wide seiges - At any rate the recources used maintaining such a clinic could find better use elsewhere. A guideline might have to be decided on when to close the clinic, and when to re-open it.
Issues:
1: The central cluster of VS buildings
2: Matthew Fahrenheit's issue - I'll try and see what fits an EH Whatmore best later this week.
3: Lack of entry points around the phone mast. In the future, should it create problems, an entry point might have to be established to fix this.

Issues:
1: Having to move the mall entry point.
2: Lack of entry points near the phone mast. See above.
