Suggestion description
NecroTech Terminals are pieces of machinery that take up 30% encumberence. Found at 5%-10% odds in a NecroTech Building. When set up in a powered building, it allows qualified survivors to view the NecroNet, tell if the local phone mast is online, and manufacture revitification syringes for 30 AP.

Because it's so delicate, it only takes one or two hits to bring the whole thing crashing down (by zombies and humans). Zombies earn a small XP bonus for destroying the machinery.
