Deleting Barricade Info and Categories

You deleted information from the St. Dionysius's Church in Greentown that had no reason to be deleted. The categories are a requirement on every page, and having a barricade policy is strongly suggested by the Wiki. As well, all of the pages in Greentown are tagged with the barricade policy posted on the main Greentown page. I'm going to correct your edit. If you have a reason for taking that out, please let me know, and I'll be happy to work something out.
