The 23rd IST is a group of human survivors dedicated to the protection of Malton from all forms of threats. We have established an HQ at the junkyard 57,3 in Lamport Hills. We've currently got a generator and radio going, and we did at one time have a large supply of pie. We also help out around Lamport Hills' revive points, execute PKers where we find them and try to heal people who show up at the HQ. Anyone who wishes to join us in our quest or wants somewhere to sleep at night should visit our HQ, we're usually there. We are in no way (currently) affiliated with any other specific group and/or Inquisition.

Recently, the 23rd IST has entered into an alliance with the Dead Dudes of Lamport Hills to attempt to secure the area. Any person or group who is interested in helping is welcome to contact us in our HQ, talk to Caliga.

On another note entirely, we have had problems with another group of Inquisitors, the Malton Inquisition to be precise. To any members of that group who read this, let me say that we do not want conflict with you, and are willing to forget the unpleasantness in the past. That said, if you continue to attack our members, we will have our retribution.
