Camp Baxter
This is one of the military camps located outside Malton. It is the base of operations for the Malton Special Services Unit.
The camp is commanded by General Hogarth, who created the MSSU for reasons unknown.
General Hogarth's Aide-de-Camp is ???? Royce.
NecroTech employees have been spotted several times in this camp.
