Mission Statement:
To investigate and counter the zombie threat.
Objectives:
Protect survivors
Observe and monitor zombie movements
Eliminate any zombie threats from Tactical Resource Points
Secure TRP
Watch for PKers
Repair and maintain generators, power sources, radio transmitters, etc
Investigate the zombie epidemic
Rules and Regulations
Do not kill survivors
Do not kill zombies trying to revive themselves
Avoid detection from zombies (if possible)
Report and/or kill PKers
Watch for zergers
History and Background Information: The Department of Paranormal Investiagations was created by the president of an unknown country (presumably the U.S.), to investigate and counter paranormal activities. As zombies and undead creatures sprung out, the president sends out his agents to find the source, and to develop cures, or failing that, destroy the remains. These agents recieve Delta Force military training, and understand the laws and languages of various countries. The agents are usually undercover and their identities are only known to each other.

Right now, the Crowbank area is somewhat secure, though there is only one operating police department: Burt Square PD, which is the temp HQ, until a better location is found. Otherwise, it will be permanent.
As of May 1st, 2008: Burt Square PD is no longer safe, so either find me or talk to me here.
May 25, I may be dead, and is currently looking to clear the station up. Don't worry if you accidently kill me, but if you kill me again, chances are, I'd probably kill you. I'm still running the department, so anyone joining me should talk to me here.
