Introduction
The Kinch Heights Restoration Committee officially formed on July 27, 2011, when brothers MonkeyToe and BadArseMcgee took up residency in an undisclosed location in Kinch Heights. Though young and inexperienced, they immediately began gathering supplies and followers as they set out on a mission to restore Kinch Heights to a safe refuge for all the survivors of Malton.

Operations
Operation: Burrow[FAILED]
Operation Burrow began on 27 July, 2011. The object of this mission is to find a building to establish the K.H.R.C. headquarters and fortify it against attack. This Operation is still presently in progress.
- The operation never got its feet beneath it and the operation was officially abandoned November 15th 2013 by Committee Chairman Monkeytoe.
Operation: Revival
The Kinch Heights Restoration Committee Chairman enacted a new operation to replace the failed operation codenamed Burrow. Dubbed Operation Revival, Chairman Monkeytoe has set out to band Kinch Heights survivors back together to reform an improved Committee to oversee the local restoration.
