Lord Barrel, after waking up from undeath by "miricle" he says, he began his undead empire following messages given to him from his god.
The Cult leader is known to hold his clan's traditions openly now that chaos has distracted the city.
Titles and such are to be assigned with benefits: Generals can asign any violent orders to anyone. Nobles have a say in the rules, punishment and events. Scouts give a report on the area and who or what is about. Soilders defend from assults and go out on raids... Assasins are for specific kills, to thoes who owe us or leaders of enemy groups.
