This is a large, open park with a few picnic shelters and a playground with a rubberized flooring. A duck pond once populated with koi is here, but survivors have managed to catch most of the fish. The hedge maze was cut back for firewood, as it grew quickly and gave zeds a place to hide. A few of the largest trees remain, occasionally serving as billboards for the area.

It is currently being used as a revivification point by the occupants of the Western Building, though no specific queue or forum monitors requests. Rotters are shot when discovered. It was active as of 10/06/08.
