When it comes to Vandalism, the current guidelines are pretty vague. Vandalism is seen as "an edit not in good faith to improve the wiki". It's simple enough. And the vandalism policy even gives a brief few examples. However, as seen with the brief drama on jed's talk page, there are several different interpretations of what we've currently got going.

My proposition is this: We make a comprehensive list of everything that's vandalism, which I'll be adding as the discussion happens, (because people will be reminding me of all the things which are in fact vandalism), and then we'll have a list to refer to whenever we want to know if something's vandalism, and we won't have to trawl through random admin pages hunting for it.

Or, alternatively, you could tell me this is a rubbish idea, and I'll withdraw it.

I'm going to withdraw this, and maybe go with a userspace based project of listing precedents or some such.
