BayouBilly is one of the many survivors in Malton. Before the outbreak his occupation was the janitorial worker at Agathius General Hospital in Paynterton. Having much experience working with janitorial equipment down in his homeland of the Shrek-swamp, where he gained immense recognition for wrestling alligators and killing crime bosses in the bayou. He later gained attention from Konami and Nintendo, who eventually created an NES game based off of him (The Adventures Of Bayou Billy). He was very useful for the fire department for cleaning the station up. Once the outbreak struck, he knew exactly what to do and made his way up to Dulston with some friends, helped found DC/DC and became the residential owner of a local junkyard which later became a Dulston Alliance infirmary, art exhibit and safehouse. Billy later collected African sculptures, paintings by Robert Rauschenberg and Andy Warhol from museums scattered around Dulston and decorated his junkyard to the point where he couldn't fit anymore.
Later DC/DC and many other groups reclaimed Treweeke Mall from the living dead and it flourished for many days. But like all malls in Urban Dead, it was eventually reclaimed. But that wasn't the end. After the fall of the mall the area crumbled and became overwhelmed with zombies. In those dark days BayouBilly was eventually killed for the first time. But was later revived and went on to work with his friends, fellow groups, and junkyard buddies to take back Treweeke for many days. On one occasion, they were all scouting the mall while remaining setup in the next door train station where a massive zombie siege rendered all the residents dead except for Billy, who had managed to get out at the last second. He has also started his sculpture collection again because after the mall fell his collection was destroyed. Later after another siege from many groups held up in the local railway station to the north of Treweeke, BayouBilly reopened his old Noodle Store that he set up a few years before Malton fell. After a few weeks of serving fresh noodles to the hungry survivors accompanying him in the mall, Treweeke fell after a brutal attack. They all retreated back to the railway station for a few days but it was no use. The zombies broke the barricades at the precise moment BayouBilly logged back on, he told everyone, ran to the hospital told everyone there, spammed everyone with text messages, asked random strangers for help. But none of it could prevail the invasion of the Zombies. BayouBilly was the sole survivor of the attack on the Railway station yet again that followed after the attack on Treweeke. Once everyone was revived, the majority regrouped back at said locations and are currently planning their next attacks. To this day BayouBilly has only died once. Now he, the D.I.T.P.S, The Defenders Of Life, The Dulston Alliance ragtag members and several other groups work together to secure Dulston in an endless effort.

BayouBilly mainly claimed his junkyard so he could get a new pair of Swamp Overalls. He had to break through a wall of barricades every day so he could claim the prize and repair his new home. He also frequently uses the radio and has many interesting conversations with fellow survivors on the spam channel. But when Treweeke fell his radio station was destroyed by enemy groups.
