Juppie is a military scout -- or was, depending on how one looks at the current state of the military in Malton. She's an insomniac and a keep-to-self lurker who recently moved away from small, individual suburb of Spicer Hills to the more group-oriented, chaos prone Yagoton. Her survivor insticts are becoming muddled because her primary targets are turning from zombies to YRC scientists and their allies. She joined the Neon Knights because their cause seemed completely plausible, especially after her desperate search for the source of this zombie outbreak. Still, Juppie is very nervous about killing fellow humans, despite their supposed wrongs.
