Lord Robert Magnus Hakley XIII, or Lord Hakely (Hakely for his close friends) for short, is one of the two founding members of the prestigious "Gentlemen Killers", a "Good old sort of club for those gentlemen of a refined taste". He is a fond supporter of any 'peasant' organisation that is a motivated foe of the undead, but dislikes being too closely identified with them for fear of losing status amoungst his noble peers. All in all he is a staunch foe of the undead menace, but believes that many individuals lack the style, breeding and education to really affect the overall tide of the war.

Appearance

Lord Hakely is a tall man, standing 6'2" unstooped, well built and muscular due to a strict regimen of rigourous training adopted by the nobleman in his youth. His upper body is particularly large and noteworthy, with broad strong shoulders, a deep barrel chest and bulky powerful arms. His broad handsome face is characterised by a set of high and pronouced cheek bones and a large square jaw, both features incredibly distinctive and unmistakeable. His faded blue eyes have an angular almond cast to them, their unusual shape doing little to detract from their intensity and look of good humour. Lord Hakely's thick golden hair is long, rugged and unbrushed, despite being kept meticulously clean, causing it to resemble a adult lion's mane in its appearance. Hakely wears his thick golden sideburns long and they reach his strong jawline before stopping, both kept to exacting dimensions.

Personality

When describing Hakely his wit and good humour spring to mind immediately - the nobleman always has time to tell a tasteful joke or relate a funny occurance from his past. He is intelligent, strikingly so, an astute man with an incredible memory and powerful abilities of deduction, observation and reasoning. The nobleman has a powerful will that is the twin of his undying sense of duty and honour, a force which prevents him from ever losing hope at the situation in Malton, and that fuels his continued struggle against the undead of the ruined city. Hakely enjoys conversation and is an avid and charming conversationalist when he has the chance, often regaling individuals for hours without boring them. All in all Lord Hakely is a resolute and endearing man, whose pride only minutely detracts from his likeability.
